Dance Movement Therapy (DMT), also known as Dance Movement Psychotherapy, lets you communicate and express yourself through movement. It’s a wonderful process where the therapist helps you connect and integrate all parts of yourself—physical, cognitive, emotional, spiritual, and social.
DMT isn’t just about dancing; it’s about creating a connection between your body, mind, and spirit to promote healing.
My in-person DMT Workshops are all about a holistic and creative approach, using dance as a tool to boost your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
