Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) is a movement-based, holistic wellness practice that supports self-expression, emotional awareness, and mind–body connection through intentional and guided movement experiences & dance. Sessions focus on body awareness, creative movement, and mindful exploration in a safe and supportive setting.
This approach supports overall well-being by encouraging physical engagement, emotional expression, stress relief, and self-awareness through movement.

Dance Movement Therapy Workshops & Sessions
In-person Dance Movement Therapy workshops follow a structured yet creative format, using movement and dance as tools to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being within a wellness framework.
Based in Singapore, in-person sessions and workshops are offered locally. Online group sessions and one-to-one movement-based wellness sessions are also available for participants outside Singapore.
